Yoga Flow
Improve your strength, balance, flexibility and focus with All Levels Flow. A fun mixture of standing, seated and inverted postures will leave you feeling strong and enlivened yet calm and focused. This alignment-based flow class is suitable for all levels.
Many of our classes are also available online via Zoom so you may practice from the comfort of your home. Heated in-studio classes are practiced in a gently heated room.
Slow Flow with Yoga Nidra
This slow flow vinyasa yoga class will connect body and mind through intentional and flowing movements guided by the breath. This is not a gentle practice, but an opportunity to SLOW DOWN and "drop in" deeper into your yoga flow in an effort to be more aware and present within a slower paced practice. We will explore longer holds in the postures, expansion of body and breath connection, and conscious rest. Moving slowly within practice slows down the mind and strengthens the muscles of the body. We will incorporate restorative poses at the start and end of practice, utilizing yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and yoga straps.
We'll end with a short guided meditation and Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep).
This 75-minute class offers a non-judgmental space to explore the importance of both the entry and exit of postures, transitions within a flow, and most of all the best version of postures that connect body, mind, and YOU.

Barre is a hybrid class that utilizes dance technique, the proper alignment of Pilates, conditioning training and the mindfulness and breathwork of Yoga. This class will maximize your fitness results by harnessing the best that these disciplines have to offer. You will build strength, flexibility, coordination, awareness and muscle definition. No dance experience is necessary. All fitness levels are welcome.
Sound Healing Workshops
Join us monthly for an hour of intentional breath, sound healing, and just BEing. Surrender your stress to the sound and swim in the freedom created by the frequencies.
Sound healing is a healing modality consisting of a wide range of instruments that when played directly effect the mental, physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. Yes it is the sound that you hear but it is the vibrations that you feel that work their magic. We are all energy. Vibrating at different frequencies. Many different things in life, stress, anxiety, the busy day to day stuff can bring our frequency off balance. So what sound healing does is bring you back to your center. Back into balance and create a harmony within that you then take with you, back into your daily life.
Fee: $30 (save $5 by pre-registering and pre-paying at least 24 hours prior to the event.)
Bring a yoga mat, blankets, cushions, and/or whatever will make you comfortable to lie back and enjoy the sound!
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga utilizes longer holds to allow the body to surrender and release. Practicing self-compassion and allowing your body to relax and renew is essential.
Based on the yogic tradition of cultivating inner peace, this yoga class is designed to revitalize your body, relax your mind, increase energy, and reduce stress.
For beginners, people with back, joint, or heart problems, or experienced students who would like a slower paced, less strenuous class to complement your more strenuous practice or workouts.
Come, relax, be kind to your body, and enjoy.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in.
Targeted Mobility and Flexibility Training
Gravity Yoga is a mat-based, targeted mobility training method that helps students with stiff backs, locked up hips and tight hamstrings.
During class, you'll learn how to utilize the science of passive stretching to effectively change your body, improve your posture and increase range of motion.
We will start with a warm up, settle into some longer stretches and end with a lovely final relaxation. Your body will thank you!
