SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Offerings
Stand Up Paddleboarding is a fun way to get on the water and move your body. SUP classes and events are led by Zen & Now owner, Lisa Bragaw who is certified through the American Canoe Association in Stand Up Paddleboarding with a SUP Yoga endorsement. No SUP experience is necessary.
We are excited to partner with Three Belles Marina again this summer to offer SUP Yoga AND Learn to Paddleboard Sessions at Three Belles in Niantic!
Led by Lisa Bragaw. Lisa is a certified SUP Yoga Instructor and tailors classes to accommodate all levels of students from beginner to experienced. Classes are 90 minutes long and run on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings. Class size is limited to 10 people.
Classes are from 5:30PM – 7:00PM on Tuesdays and from 8:30AM-10:00AM on Thursdays at Three Belles Marina.
Three and ten class bundles are also available! Purchase with us and pick your dates with Zen and Now! Ten class bundle also includes July 4th, September 4th (Labor Day).

Looking for a fun way to get together with friends or celebrate a special event (bachelorette or birthday party)? SUP Yoga, SUP Fitness or a Guided Paddleboard general paddle is a great way to get a group of friends together, get out in nature and have some fun!
