Intro to the 8 Limbs of Yoga Workshop - Tues 4/30 at 4pm

Special Class:   Introduction to the 8 Limbs of Yoga with Judy Faherty

Date:  4/30/24  4-6pm


The practice of Yoga involves so much more than the physical asana practice.  In this 2 hour workshop, participants will get an overview of  the 8 Limbs of Yoga, based on the ancient teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.  The 8 Limbs of Yoga can be adopted as a road map to help you overcome obstacles and create more joy in your life. There will be opportunities to journal and meditate.  A mini slow-flow asana will be offered so please dress comfortably.

Reiki I (5/3) and Reiki II (5/17)

Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II Training

This beginning training is one of the most thorough and comprehensive available. It is a combination of the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, the Japanese Reiki Techniques and the Holy Fire® healing energy. On completion of the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. 


The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system. Practice time is given.


A class manual and a certificate are included.

In the process of learning to be a healer, we'll be practicing on each other and receive healing as well. This is a wonderful class for the beginner and is also valuable for those who have already taken Reiki training.

Tuesdays 4:30-6:00 pm 5/7/14 - 6/11/24 

Price includes the six classes, book, and a $100 voucher toward a Life coaching session with Judy Faherty 


Each class will explore the teachings of the 8 limbs of yoga and will include a discussion,  journaling opportunity, meditation and a 30 minute asana practice.


Each week will explore the selected Limb(s) - how it shows up in life off of the mat, and how it shows up in life on the mat.

May 10th Women's Circle - Coming Home to Herself


This month we dedicate the circle to the path back home to the self.  Although we will have many beautiful and nurturing relationships in this lifetime, the longest, most constant and foundational one is the relationship that we have with ourselves.  As women wear so many different hats and often care for so many different people we can often struggle to remember to foster this primary relationship and it can certainly become neglected. When this happens it does not benefit anyone.  On this beautiful May evening, as a community we will take time to feel into the current state of our sacred self-relationship.  Participants will be led through reflective exercises and given an opportunity to recommit to this very sacred space that resides within her.  Through ritual work each woman will be guided on a path back home to her body, inner being and sacred spirit. 


Please bring a journal, a pen and an item for the altar that represents the home that resides within you.  Items for the altar will be returned to you at the end of the evening. 

Legit Grit Saturday 4/6, 4/13 & 4/27

Have you ever wanted to know what it would be like to work with a personal trainer? Now you can! This intro class will be a group training offering some of the training activities you may experience in your private or small group training sessions, including: obstacles, agility, plyometrics and more!

Our trainers are super supportive and knowledgeable and want to help you succeed in your wellness and fitness goals! This is for you! No competition! No judgment! Progress over perfection!

Getting started can be the hardest thing! We are here to help keep you motivated and committed to your own self-care!

All you need to bring is yourself, a bottle of water, a small towel and a playful, curious attitude! We have all the equipment we'll be using at the studio! Bring a workout buddy to help keep you motivated and accountable!

Step HIIT Pop-Up Classes with Jen 4/19, 5/10 and 5/31

Join Jen for a Pop-Up HIIT (high intensity interval training) class!

This 45 minute high-intensity interval training workout uses a step platform and dynamic body weight exercises. 

Designed to increase power, build endurance and burn tons of calories - a perfect complement to strength training workouts.

The challenging class is fast-paced and will push your body to its limits - and have a lot of fun! 

Be ready to sweat! Bring a towel and some water!
