LISA BRAGAW
Owner and Instructor
Lisa is an E-RYT 500 hr yoga teacher and YAECP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). Lisa has been teaching yoga since 2008 and brings a unique integrative approach to movement, breath, mindfulness and well-being. With a Doctorate in Pharmacy, she provides health counseling and coaching, often blending medication management with breathwork, mindfulness, and movement practices—especially to support and empower peri- and post-menopausal women.
Influenced & trained by teachers such as Jill Miller, Anodea Judith, Donna Eden, Seane Corn, Lucas Rockwood and Gil Hedley, Lisa is passionate about the intersection of yoga, energy medicine, and anatomy and how Eastern & Western philosophy & science overlap. She explores how the chakras, fascia, meridians, and breath connect us to vitality and resilience. Her teaching style is positive, playful, and grounded in curiosity about the body’s intelligence.
Lisa is extensively trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Gravity Yoga, Yoga Trapeze, SUP Yoga, the MELT Method®, and is fully Yoga Tune Up® certified (Roll Model Method®, Yoga Tune Up®, Body by Breath®). Beyond yoga, she holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Breath Coach, and TRX and cycling instructor. She is also a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher and draws inspiration from Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine. Currently, Lisa is advancing her studies with Oxygen Advantage® to deepen her breath coaching expertise.
Her mission is to help others expand not just their lifespan but their health-span—living well and feeling good for as long as possible. Lisa loves introducing yoga, fitness, breathing, and mindfulness practices to new students and watching them light up as they discover tools for energy, strength, and balance.
She loves group cycling, as well as road biking, running and swimming and has completed 6 sprint triathlons. She believes that her yoga practice complements other modes of exercise and makes her a better athlete and all the other modes of movement enhance her ability to do everything else!
Lisa loves introducing yoga, fitness, breathing, mindfulness and other wellness modalities to people who have never practiced and watching them fall in love with it and feel great! Her classes are taught with lots of love and playfulness and she offers many options, variations, and modifications - so regardless of ability, level of experience, or flexibility (or lack thereof) you can find what you need in class.
Lisa is a member of the American Yoga Council and Yoga Alliance.
