Celebrate the official start of summer with a full day of movement, mindfulness, education, and community at our inaugural
Salt Air & Stillness: A Summer Celebration on Saturday, June 20 from 10am–5pm at Rogers Field and St. John’s Church in beautiful downtown Niantic, CT. The Summer Solstice, International Day of Yoga and Father's Day all fall on 6/21 this year! We're celebrating all on Saturday 6/20!
Inspired by the healing power of coastal living and the importance of slowing down to reconnect with ourselves, this event blends the energy of “salt air” with the grounding of “stillness” to create a day that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.
Throughout the day, enjoy a variety of outdoor yoga and movement classes for all levels on Rogers Field, including special offerings like Piggy Yoga and other fun, uplifting experiences led by Zen & Now instructors and guest teachers. The event will close with a beautiful Sound Bath led by Sue Cote!
Explore our wellness vendor village featuring local businesses and practitioners, relax in the Reiki tent, and experience offerings such as Human Design readings and holistic wellness services.
Inside the Parish Hall, expert speakers will share accessible and empowering talks on topics including:
Pelvic floor health
Lifestyle medicine and healthy living
Stress resilience and wellness practices
Movement, breathwork, and self-care strategies
Whether you join us for one class or spend the entire day immersed in the experience, Salt Air & Stillness is designed to inspire connection, curiosity, vitality, and community.
This event is open to all experience levels and wellness backgrounds. Come move, learn, breathe, connect, and celebrate the Summer Solstice with us.
